These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoSo Lati website (sosolati.com) and the copywriting services provided by KEYSSOLVE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15201505), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. SoSo Lati is a trading name of KEYSSOLVE LTD. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SoSo Lati provides professional copywriting services including but not limited to blog post writing, website copy, email copywriting, social media captions, ad copy, SEO meta content, sales page copy, email sequences, press releases, and product descriptions.

All services are described on our Services page with clear pricing. Custom projects may be quoted separately based on scope and requirements.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service(s). All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required before work begins on your project
• For custom or large projects, we may offer a 50/50 payment split
• All prices are subject to change; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price

3. Delivery and Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order. Standard delivery is 48–72 hours for single deliverables and 3–5 business days for larger projects. Turnaround times begin after payment is received and all required project information has been provided by the client.

4. Revisions

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds as listed on our Services page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered copy are transferred to you, the client. You are free to use, modify, and publish the content as you see fit. SoSo Lati retains the right to display anonymized samples of work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project briefs
• Supplying any necessary brand guidelines, tone references, or source materials
• Reviewing delivered work and providing feedback within 14 days
• Ensuring that any information provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights

7. Limitation of Liability

SoSo Lati provides copywriting services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific business results (such as increased sales or traffic) from the use of our copy. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or proprietary data with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
